Quote Slash Terms and Conditions:

1. Price Match Guarantee:

We are committed to offering competitive prices to our customers. If you find a lower, publicly available price on an identical product or service that we offer, that is available at the time of quoting and deliverable, we will match it.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Quote Slash Offer, the following conditions must be met:

The competing quote must be for the identical product or service, including specifications, quantities, lead times and delivery terms.
The competing quote must be from a legitimate and authorized supplier or service provider.
The products must be available at the time of valid quote in the market

3. Submission of a Claim:

To claim the Quote Slash Offer, the following must be adhered to:

Provide us with a copy of the competing quote in writing, including all relevant details and contact information for verification.
Claims must be submitted within 2 days from the date of our initial quote.

4. Verification:

We will review the competing quote to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of the competing quote and the supplier or service provider.

5. Our Response:

If we can verify the competing quote and it meets our criteria, we will adjust our quote to match the lower price.
If, for any reason, we are unable to match the competing quote, we will provide you with R500.00 cash.

6. Exclusions:

The Quote Slash offer does not apply to special promotions, discounts, or bundled offers.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the competing quote is not a bona fide offer.

7. Modification or Termination:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Quote Slash Program any time without prior notice.

8. Final Decision:

Our decision on all claims is final.
